Our honest take
Apple's M-series chips are genuinely exceptional. Battery life and performance-per-watt are ahead of the field. No European laptop matches them on those metrics today. But if you want a repairable, Linux-first machine assembled in Europe, TUXEDO and Slimbook are excellent choices. The trade-off is real but worthwhile if you value openness over polish.
